This seven-day, multi-stage trail adventure offers an immersive crossing of Costa Rica through some of its most spectacular and unspoiled landscapes. The route begins in Monteverde’s misty cloud forests, where hummingbirds, orchids, and dense greenery create a vivid, high-altitude atmosphere, then moves through volcanic foothills and the coffee-growing terrain of the central highlands. As the journey continues east, runners descend into lush tropical rainforest before reaching the Caribbean coast, where jungle trails give way to pristine beaches.
