Experience the rugged charm of Santo Antão, Cape Verde's most mountainous island, with this thrilling multi-stage trail run. The race showcases the island’s dramatic landscapes through three distinctive routes. Participants begin with a challenging 12 km uphill climb in Paul, traverse a scenic 33 km stretch to Ribeira Grande, and conclude with a 16 km route featuring both ascents and descents to Porto Novo. Each stage unveils unique views of the island’s spectacular scenery—terraced valleys, lush ridges, coastal panoramas, and volcanic trails—all enhanced by the welcoming spirit of local communities.
