The PioneerCrossingsRelay (PCR) is a 175-mile relay traversing the breathtaking landscapes of Montana. Teams of runners take on 10,000 feet of elevation gain across 36 legs, traveling from Twin Bridges to Virginia City. Runners navigate through awe-inspiring mountain terrain, expansive "big sky" vistas, and pristine forests, capturing the essence of the region's rugged beauty. With options for standard 12-person relays, 6-person ultra teams, or flexible wild card teams, the PCR welcomes both seasoned and ambitious runners.
