The Ragged 75 Stage Race is a thrilling 75-mile trail-running challenge designed for those seeking rugged terrain and breathtaking experiences. Taking place in the scenic Western/Central New Hampshire, the course follows the SRKG Greenway around Lake Sunapee. Participants endure approximately 15,500 feet of elevation gain, navigating technical single-track paths, steep climbs, and a mix of surfaces including fire roads and pavement. This adventure unfolds over three days with distinct stages: Stage 1 leads runners on a roughly 22-mile journey summiting Mount Ragged and Mount Kearsarge; Stage 2 covers 25 miles over Mount Sunapee; and Stage 3 pushes through a 33-mile course. Each day presents unique challenges and awe-inspiring views, especially during the final stretch approaching Ragged Mountain Resort.
