About
Explore one of the flattest ultramarathons in the Midwest, set on the scenic Flint Hills Trail—Kansas’ longest trail and part of the historic American Discovery Trail. The out-and-back route features crushed gravel paths, old railroad beds, and stretches of single track winding beside the Marais Des Cygnes River, bluffs, farmlands, and woodlands. Expect abundant prairie wildlife, beautiful vistas, and well-marked, straightforward trails, making for a friendly, accessible ultra course with minimal elevation.
