The Summit 200 offers runners a truly epic loop around Summit County, Colorado, showcasing some of the region’s most spectacular scenery and rugged landscapes. This challenging ultramarathon primarily follows single track trails and little-traveled forest roads, with additional segments on scenic recreation paths and brief stretches of pavement. Participants will face breathtaking views as well as relentless physical challenges, tackling an immense route where the lowest elevation sits above 9,000 feet and the high points soar beyond 12,800 feet.
